Advice for couples on how to balance work/business & family: Marry a significant other that respects what you do and understand what it entails, put family first and prioritize your time. Trust in each other is paramount as it is the foundational and fundamental ingredient in a successful marriage.
Balance starts from the beginning so don’t enter a marriage that doesn’t support your talent/skill thinking your significant other will understand after. There’s someone for everybody so try not to fit a square peg in a round hole.
